Nord - Electro 6D 73
A stage keyboard that heralds the sixth generation of the Nord Electro series and offers a semi-ballasted 73-note waterfall keyboard with physical drawbars and a host of new features, making you wonder how Clavia ever manages to outdo itself! The Nord Electro 6D 73 includes a simplified user interface inspired by the Nord Stage and a number of technological developments taken directly from the brand's latest keyboard, the Nord Stage 3.
Presentation
Featuring a semi-weighted, velocity-sensitive 73-key Waterfall keyboard and physical harmonic drawbars, this instrument offers responsive and expressive playability, perfect for a variety of musical styles.
This stage piano features three independent sound modules: Piano, Sample Synth and Organ, allowing maximum flexibility in musical creation.
Split and Layer modes let you combine these modules in a variety of configurations (Piano/Orgue, Piano/Sample Synth, Sample Synth/Orgue), with six keyboard split points indicated by LEDs, for fast, intuitive management of keyboard sections.
The Program section has been completely redesigned to include a 'Set List' mode, for easy organisation and quick access to presets during performances.
The OLED display provides a clear overview and improved visibility, even in the darkest scenes.
With 1GB of storage for the Nord Piano Library and 256MB for the Nord Sample Library, the Nord Electro 6D 73 offers a wide range of high-quality sounds, including pianos with sympathetic resonance and dynamic synthetic samples.
The organ section features physical harmonic drawbars and the B3 Tonewheel Bass function with 16" and 8" harmonic drawbars, providing an authentic simulation of classic organs.
Leslie 122-type rotary speaker simulation and the ability to install the Half Moon Switch for rotary speaker emulation control add an extra dimension to your performances.
Built-in stereo effects, including tube overdrive, vibe, reverb, delay, tremolo, pan, ring-mod and wah-wah, are controllable via a footswitch, allowing extensive sonic customisation.
Connections include two unbalanced 6.35mm audio outputs, a 3.5mm stereo monitor input, a 6.35mm headphone output, as well as inputs for a footswitch, sustain pedal and rotary speaker speed control.
