The Ovation 1758-1-G Pro Elite guitar follows in the footsteps of the Pro series, a longstanding pillar of the American brand.

Its Grade A solid Sitka spruce top rests on an Elite Quintad bracing designed to handle the specific tension of 12 strings. The Deep Bowl body in Lyrachord GS accentuates depth and projection, while retaining the Ovation sound signature. The absence of a cutaway enhances the overall resonance of the body. The multi-holes help diffuse the sound and add to the model's visual identity.

The 5-piece mahogany and maple neck provides stability and regularity along the entire length of the 643 mm scale. The nut width of 47.6 mm leaves plenty of room for comfortable playing on all twelve strings. The pau ferro fingerboard, with a 10" radius, is pleasant for both open chords and arpeggios. The maple markings make the neck easier to read without overpowering the aesthetics. The exotic wood inlaid shoulder pads underline the instrument's top-of-the-range character.
