The AlphaTheta DJ DDJ-FLX2 controller works with rekordbox, djay and Serato DJ Lite, providing quick access to multiple DJ platforms depending on the configuration used. Its compatibility with Apple Music via djay also facilitates access to streaming music libraries. A USB-C connection is all that's needed to power the device and start mixing on a compatible computer or smartphone, without adding an external power supply to the overall setup.

The Smart Fader and Smart CFX functions make musical transitions easier to read and effects simple to manipulate from the main controls. Smart Fader automatically adjusts a number of parameters such as BPM, volume and bass during segues. The performance pads also provide direct access to Hot Cues and rhythmic effects, useful for quickly modifying the organisation of a track or enriching certain parts of the mix.

The Pioneer DJ DM-40D Black speakers use a Class D amplifier combined with a 96 kHz DSP to maintain a balanced sound reproduction in a variety of listening situations. Their 4-inch glass fibre drivers and soft dome tweeters cover a frequency response of 70 Hz to 30 kHz. The DJ mode accentuates the impact of the bass, while the Production mode maintains a more linear listening experience for precision work and mix control.

The HDJ-CUE1 headphones feature 40 mm transducers capable of reproducing defined bass and a clear signal over a range from 5 Hz to 30 kHz. Its closed-back design improves sound isolation in busy environments, helping to prepare for musical transitions without being disturbed by surrounding noise. The pivoting earcups also make it easier to listen in one ear only during mix preparation.
