  • A quick start: after a few mouse clicks, the ingenious Band in a Box program will become your main musical collaborator on your Apple Macintosh computer. We have greatly improved the sounds of RealTracks, so their sound is more natural on a wider range of tempos with the elastic time search engine Pro V2 by Zplane. development. These improvements are integrated, so you have nothing to configure. Your existing pieces "only better blow" on a wider range of tempos. We have much reduces the size of RealTracks so that they only use 30% of the space previously used. After installing the program, you can start the function in the dialog RealTracks settings (Preferences) to dimiuer RealTracks the size of your files. The previous Band-in-a-box 2010.5 "Everything Pak" had 100GB RealTracks which are now reduced to 30GB. The Audiophile release also decreased by 70% since it uses 30% of the previous size. And improved audio fidelity because it sounds better over a wider range of tempos with the elastic time engine Pro V2!

We have developed an iPhone® version of Band-in-a-Box, available from the Apple App Store. The version of Band-in-a-Box works by connecting iPhone to your Windows desktop version of Band-in-a-Box 2011 and allows you to create, play and save songs on your iPhone®, iPod touch®, or iPad ™. And your iPhone generated songs have the same high quality sound RealTracks.

If you have a copy of Band-in-a-Box 2011 for Windows, then with Band-in-a-Box iPhone version you can:
    * Quickly transfer your existing library of songs from BB Desktop to BB iPhone, including scores and sound (M4A). Check the scores and play the songs at any time on your iPhone, without reconnect to Band-in-a-Box desktop.
    * Enter songs from scratch on your iPhone by entering the chord of the song symbols.
    * Generate audio tracks on your BB iPhone by pressing PLAY. The songs play on the iPhone and are stored M4A file. It connects to your local area network (LAN) or the Internet (from anywhere) on your version of Band-in-a-Box desktop.
    * Send pieces of BB to BB iPhone desktop.
    * The iPhone version communicates wavec Band-in-a-Box for Windows by using a utility called Server Band-in-a-Box (c: \ bb \ bbhelper \ BandinaBoxServer.exe). This program runs in the system tray (bottom right of Windows taskbar).
    * The iPhone version uses "BB2Go" folder (c: \ bb \ BB2Go). All Band-in-a-Box songs put in this folder will be visible from BB iPhone. You can send files between iPhone BB and Band-in-a-Box for Windows, and the files will go into the BB2Go folder.
    * Add Audio to Band-in-a-Box files in the folder BB2Go Band-in-a-Box Windows menu with BB2Go command and select the files you want to add Audio MP4 / M4A. You can also generate audio from the iPhone version.
