Presentation
Designed for avant-garde musician Sullivan King, the Schecter Banshee-7 FR S Obsidian Blood 7-string guitar is a high-performance metal instrument featuring neck-thru construction in swamp ash and maple for excellent resonance and unsurpassed stability.
Its distinctive feature is its electronic configuration: it combines a Schecter USA Apocalypse-VII humbucker pickup with a Sustainiac pickup in the neck position, producing aggressive tones while offering near-infinite sustain and controlled feedback effects for maximum sonic creativity.
Playability is optimised for speed and technique thanks to an Ultra Thin "C" neck profile and a compound fingerboard radius of 12 to 16 inches on an ebony fingerboard, making it easy to execute fast riffs and complex solos.
The inclusion of a Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-blocked vibrato ensures reliable tuning even under the most extreme use, making it ideal for metal and djent players looking for uncompromising expressiveness.
