The Schoeps UMS 20 coupling strip is designed for Schoeps Colette series microphones.
The colour-coded markings help you to place your microphones correctly in MS, XY, ORTF and Blumein modes. They are also intended for teaching purposes.
Of course, the mechanism with 4 notched positions can also be locked in all the intermediate positions.
