Showtec - DMX / RDM Merge 5 Pin
Showtec’s RDM Merge system centralises multiple DMX sources in complex lighting setups, ensuring seamless signal management between controllers and installations. Four DMX inputs and two outputs, all via 5-pin XLR connectors, allow signals to be distributed using different merging modes depending on the technical requirements of the lighting set-up. Each connection can be configured to adapt data routing and facilitate coordination between sources, thereby enhancing the stability of professional stage set-ups across a range of technical projects.

The 4 DMX inputs can be assigned to different outputs, allowing for precise organisation of lighting scenes without confusion between multiple sources.
It incorporates several merging modes to manage signal priority in complex and varied lighting setups.
HTP, LTP, LTPU, Backup and Append allow channels to be distributed according to different logic, facilitating the management of simultaneous sources in professional lighting installations.
The RDM Merge is suitable for fixed installations, tours and live events thanks to its stable management of DMX streams.
Patching the 4 inputs to the 2 outputs allows signals to be routed according to the technical requirements of lighting control rooms and complex networks.
