Showtec - NET-8/3

The Showtec NET-8/3 is designed for users who need a stable bridge between traditional lighting protocols and modern networks. It seamlessly converts Art-Net, sACN, KlingNET and DMX, making it equally at home in touring set-ups and permanent installations. Thanks to its eight isolated DMX ports, each universe can be configured as input or output, offering a flexible architecture that adapts easily to the network structure already in place.

This model has a built-in Ethernet switch, so it can also be used as a repeater or network splitter, a great advantage when you want to reduce the number of boxes in a control room. Settings can be accessed from the front-panel LCD screen or directly via a web browser, making it easy to get to grips with even the most complex environments. Remote management also means you can monitor the status of the network or apply modifications without having to physically intervene on the rack.

Designed to fit neatly into a 1U 19-inch rack, the Showtec NET-8/3 remains compact and lightweight, while guaranteeing stable operation at temperatures down to 40°C. The Power Pro Blue power supply ensures a secure connection, while the etherCON ports reinforce the robustness of network links. LED indicators on the front panel provide quick reference to activity, power or operating mode. Supplied with its Power Pro cable, the unit is ready for use as soon as it is installed.
