The Mk2 generation of the MixDream XP maintains the prestigious audio reputation of its predecessor thanks to an internal audio operating voltage of +/-30 V. In addition to its stylish new design and improved feel, the MixDream XP Mk2 introduces an innovative feature: -18dB level attenuation, individually adjustable for the last four stereo channels. This unique feature allows you to optimise the analogue summation for each mix, guaranteeing an exceptional, tailor-made sound experience. MixDream XP Mk2 offers exceptional analogue summing for up to 16 audio tracks, creating immersive depth, precise localisation and impressive spatiality. The absence of pan controls and faders simplifies workflow while allowing full computer automation.

The first four pairs of channels can be switched between stereo and mono, ideal for positioning mono signals at the centre of the mix. The last four pairs offer -18dB attenuation, preserving the sonic detail and characteristics of low-level signals. The Output control adjusts the output level, providing precise control for the following AD converters.

Variable output can be switched on or off, keeping the input level at unity gain when switched off. These features, combined with the flexibility of MixDream XP Mk2, allow seamless integration into the usual DAW workflow without any restrictions.
