The SSL UC1 is a highly specialized plugin controller that embodies the ergonomics and workflow of legendary SSL consoles, while integrating the power of SSL Native plugins.
This compact hardware comes with full licenses for SSL Native 4K B, Channel Strip 2, and Bus Compressor 2 plugins, valued at $479, providing deep integration and precise touch control of these powerful tools.
Designed for intuitive handling, the UC1 has dedicated potentiometers and buttons that allow full control over every function of the mentioned plugins.
LED arcs around the potentiometers and the built-in display provide immediate visual feedback, indicating which plug-in is being controlled and displaying the current values of the adjusted parameters.
The UC1 also makes it easy to load plugin presets and change Channel Strip routing directly from the controller interface.
A moving needle Bus Compressor gain reduction meter, driven by the SSL Native Bus Compressor plugin, faithfully reproduces the experience of analog gear.
The Plugin Mixer, hosted within the SSL 360° app, provides centralized viewing and control of 4K B, Channel Strip, and Bus Compressor plugins.
This feature makes it easy to switch between three different DAWs connected to the same plugin mixer, increasing the efficiency of the mixing workflow.
The SSL UC1's chassis is constructed of high-quality metal with a brushed anodized top panel, ensuring durability and professional aesthetics.
