The SSL 18 is a rack-mountable USB audio interface designed for musicians, sound engineers and producers looking for professional sound quality in a compact, ultra-complete format. Developed by Solid State Logic, an iconic brand of the world's leading recording studios, it combines all SSL's expertise in analogue sound and high-end digital processing in a 1U chassis.
It features 8 quiet, powerful SSL mic/line preamps with up to 67dB of gain. To add character to your recordings, the Legacy 4K mode recreates the sonic signature of SSL 4000 consoles, with slight saturation and a high-frequency boost: ideal for bringing vocals to life or giving presence to a guitar. The first two inputs are accessible from the front panel and are instrument-compatible, perfect for plugging in a bass or electric guitar directly.
Thanks to its 32-bit / 192 kHz converters, the SSL 18 delivers ultra-fidelity audio reproduction, with a wide dynamic range (up to 125 dB output). The 10 balanced DC-coupled line outputs allow you to drive external equipment or modular synths in CV/Gate mode. Two independent headphone outputs offer personalised monitoring for each musician in session.
Designed to adapt to any environment, it also features 16 ADAT channels, S/PDIF input/output, MIDI, Word Clock output and a talkback input with the famous SSL Listen Mic compressor. On the monitoring side, the SSL 18 acts as a true studio controller, with A/B speaker management, front-panel controls and total control via SSL 360° software, compatible with macOS and Windows.
Supplied with a complete software package (virtual instruments, plugins, DAW), the SSL 18 is much more than an audio interface: it's a real production centre, designed to record, mix, produce and broadcast with maximum control and impeccable sound quality.

Merci beaucoup SonoVente pour votre réactivité et votre rapidité de service! La SSL 18 est indispensable à tout home studio ou même studio pro qui recherche la qualité SSL, contrairement à mon précédent système elle ne bug pas (auparavant j’avais la Behringer Wing très peu compatible avec Pro Tools, bugs a répétition et crash, insupportable). La SSL 18 est stables et niveau convertisseurs elle top, sur tout type d’enregistrement moi je suis dans l’electro et le Rap, donc j’utilise peu d’instruments acoustique mais j’ai vue des vidéos ou il était question d’enregistrer un groupe ou un petit orchestre symphonique et le résultat était très bon et Pro. Je recommande vivement la SSL 18. Merci Solid Sate Logic et merci à SonoVente pour le matériel de qualité proposé.
