Tascam - RX-BT10
The Tascam RX-BT10 frees audio installations from the shackles of cables by providing Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity at the level of the pros. This small, soberly designed box slips into any configuration and transmits the signal over almost 100 metres without flinching, even in dense environments. Its balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA outputs ensure total compatibility with most systems, and its detachable antenna guarantees stable reception, even at a distance. Designed for the road as much as for fixed installations, it combines metallic robustness with a discreet format, designed for continuous performance. Each device has a unique ID, making it easy to manage several units in the same room. Tascam's design has been conceived for professional environments where reliability is paramount. Balanced XLR outputs ensure clean, balanced audio transmission, while RCA connectors ensure compatibility with more traditional systems. Stereo/mono switching offers invaluable flexibility to adapt to the size and nature of the venue.
When multiple RX-BT10 receivers are used in the same space, each unit is identified separately to avoid confusion. Users can rename each unit via smartphone or tablet to organise the system as they see fit. The device stores up to eight pairings and allows three simultaneous connections, making it possible to switch seamlessly from one source to another without complex handling.
Brackets are supplied for table-top or rack mounting, and the optional AK-RS1 kit even allows two units to be assembled in a Standard Rack 19" 1U space. Once assembled, the RX-BT10 becomes a true central link, capable of integrating wireless into professional audio systems without compromising on stability.
