This compact pedal is the descendant of UA's Astra Modulation Machine, which itself is inspired by legendary analog processors such as the Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble. It captures the warmth of the modulation effects of the CE-1, renowned for its Bucket-Brigade analog chorus.
The Brigade Chorus & Vibrato chorus has been painstakingly emulated from a Bucket-Brigade analog pedal, renowned for its use by a variety of artists, from Rush and The Cure to Herbie Hancock and Red Hot Chili Peppers. It allows you to subtly highlight your sounds, bring animation to your audio signals, and explore new sound textures.
In addition to chorus, this pedal offers vibrato that evokes the characteristics of a Leslie, providing warm modulation effects. You can enhance the sound of your guitar in a subtle or bold way.
