The Warm Audio WA-DI-A2 active stereo D.I. combines modern precision with analogue warmth, in a format designed for both stage and studio. Its switchable operation between active and passive modes makes it easy to adapt the audio behaviour according to the instrument used and the configuration available. Supplied with a +48 V phantom power supply when operating in active mode, this DI maintains detailed reproduction with a very low level of harmonic distortion across the entire audio spectrum. Between stereo synthesizer, active bass or electric guitar, it keeps signals balanced and disciplined, even when some cables already deserve their early retirement.

With its switchable active and passive modes, the Warm Audio WA-DI-A2 adapts easily to active basses, passive electric guitars and modern keyboards. This versatility helps to maintain a consistent response depending on the output level of each instrument. When recording in stereo, this DI maintains detailed reproduction thanks to its extremely low harmonic distortion of 0.01%. Attacks remain clean, bass retains its natural density and highs retain their clarity without artificial aggression. The +48 V phantom power supply quickly activates the internal Class A circuit to provide greater precision with passive instruments. Even a tired old synth suddenly seemed to find a new lease of life after a few well-balanced notes.
On a complex pedalboard or stage keyboard, the stereo format simplifies connections to a console or professional audio interface. The WA-DI-A2 reduces signal loss and helps maintain a clean stereo image over long cable runs.
