The WORK BLS2 SD MKII is an Audio-over-IP transmitter that enables the streaming of an analogue source or audio files stored on a microSD card to a BlueLine network. It is PoE-compatible and can be controlled via OSC, making it an ideal solution for the automated broadcasting of messages, playlists or announcements.

Presentation
The WORK BLS2 SD MKII is an Audio-over-IP transmitter designed to easily integrate audio content into a BlueLine network infrastructure. It combines a stereo analogue audio input with a built-in media player to stream both real-time sources and pre-recorded audio files to compatible receivers on the network.
Its microSD card slot allows announcements, background music, audible alarms or entire playlists to be stored directly, without the need for an external drive. Files stored on the card can be triggered automatically using OSC commands, making it easy to create broadcast scenarios for shops, schools, public buildings, hotels or public address systems.
In addition to the built-in player, the BLS2 SD MKII features a stereo analogue audio input via a Euroblock connector. This source can be fed directly into the BlueLine Audio over IP network for distribution to one or more receivers within the installation.
Network integration is provided by a 100 Base-TX Ethernet interface using BlueLine UDP datagrams to transport audio streams. The device is controlled via the OSC protocol and can be configured using the WorkCAD 3 software, allowing its operation to be customised to suit the requirements of each project.
The BLS2 SD MKII can be powered either by an external 12–24 V DC power supply or via PoE, depending on the available infrastructure. Compact and easy to install, it provides an effective solution for automated audio distribution in professional installations.
