The WORK BLR2 MKII is a BlueLine AoIP receiver that retrieves an audio stream from a transmitter on the network and converts it to an analogue output. With its GPIO inputs/outputs, OSC compatibility and PoE power supply, it integrates easily into professional distributed audio systems.

Presentation
The WORK BLR2 MKII is an Audio over IP receiver designed for installations using the BlueLine Digital MKII ecosystem. It extracts an audio channel transmitted over the network and outputs it locally as an analogue signal, thereby providing a simple solution for creating distributed playback zones.
The unit supports a stereo audio channel or can operate in Single/Mono mode depending on the installation’s requirements. It retrieves streams sent by BlueLine transmitters via a proprietary protocol based on UDP datagrams, ensuring reliable transmission over a standard Ethernet infrastructure.
The BLR2 MKII also features two GPI inputs with pull-up resistors and two open-collector GPO outputs. These interfaces allow external controls to be added or associated equipment to be controlled, facilitating its integration into automation, audiovisual control or building management systems.
Configuration and control can be carried out via the OSC protocol, offering great flexibility for integration with compatible third-party systems. It can be powered via PoE or by an external 12/24 V DC power supply, which simplifies its installation in professional environments.
Compact and discreet, the WORK BLR2 MKII is particularly well-suited to multi-room audio installations, commercial buildings, retail spaces, hotels or venues requiring network-based audio distribution with centralised management.
