Yamaha - DXS15 MKII
New generation Yamaha DXS15mkII active subwoofer with 15 "(38cm) ferrite magnet, powered by an 800W RMS class D amplifier, and the DXS18's worthy successor, with a multi-level, band-pass-type subwoofer sound pressure increased by 3 dB SPL, while having a frequency response that drops 5 Hz lower than the old model. Also more compact and lightweight, it still offers its DSP called D-XSUB, which offers two modes for Bass management: Boost and Xtended LF, with three cutoff frequencies for the active filter (80, 100 and 120 Hz) Finally, the cardioid mode is always proposed when several boxes must be used together.
