Presentation
The solid Madagascar rosewood back and sides provide depth and clarity, with well-defined projection. The African mahogany neck, combined with an ebony fingerboard, ensures optimum stability and a fluid playing feel throughout the 650 mm scale.
The Indian rosewood bridge completes the ensemble, ensuring efficient vibration transmission. The YTM-81 gold-plated tuners offer reliable tuning, and the rosewood and wood binding underlines the care taken with the high-gloss finish. The inlaid rosette adds a discreet aesthetic touch.
Supplied with Yamaha S10 strings, this guitar offers a balance of clear highs and moderate lows, suitable for a wide variety of repertoire. The reinforced gig bag protects the instrument when you're on the move. Made in Japan, the GC42C follows in the tradition of Yamaha's Grand Concert models.
