The sound of this 17" K Sweet Crash cymbal is a new direction for the K series, and gives you a sound that's both modern and rich in overtones. It's made from B20 alloy, and its extra-thin weight gives it a fast attack and a punchy sound.

The K Sweet Crash 17" cymbal features an extra-thin weight for exceptional sensitivity. It projects a dark but velvety sound, full of nuance.
The B20 alloy used for centuries by Zildjian retains its reputation for harmonic richness. The traditional hammering adds a complex depth, reminiscent of the sounds of Tony Williams or Elvin Jones. The unturned bell gives it a more raw colour, ideal for powerful accents.
Introduced at NAMM 2018, this K Sweet series expands the historic range towards more modern textures. In a set, the cymbal works equally well on its own or in combination with larger crashes.
