The Aguilar TLC Compressor EQ DLX bass pedal combines full compression and musical EQ in a compact package. It features precise dynamics control with LED meter and Blend function for parallel compression. Inspired by the DB 925 circuit, its Bass and Treble EQ lets you add bass and clarity after controlling the signal.

Presentation
The Aguilar TLC Compressor EQ DLX bass pedal is the brand's most complete compressor to date. It takes the base of the original TLC Compressor and adds an integrated EQ section. Its operation follows a simple logic: first control the dynamics, then adjust the sound.
The Threshold, Attack, Release and Ratio settings allow you to tailor the response precisely to your playing. Compression remains transparent and respects the natural character of your bass. An LED gain reduction meter displays compression intensity in real time. This makes it easy to adjust, whether you're rehearsing, in the studio or on stage.
The Blend control allows parallel compression. This means you can mix the compressed signal with the direct signal to maintain attack and touch sensitivity. Turned all the way to the right, it delivers 100% of the compressed signal. The EQ section features a bass and treble boost inspired by the famous DB 925 preamp. The Bass setting adds weight and depth without making the sound muddy. The Treble setting adds definition and presence while remaining soft.
The whole system runs on an advanced DSP platform developed in-house by Aguilar. Powered by a 9V 500mA power supply, the TLC Compressor EQ DLX integrates easily into a pedalboard to give you complete control over the sound of your bass!
