Akai - Pack MPC Live III + Cover
This bundle includes the Akai MPC Live III and its Decksaver cover to protect your production setup both in the studio and whilst travelling. The MPC Live III features an 8-core ARM processor, a Clip Matrix sequencer, 16 MPCe RGB pads and a 7" touchscreen to control your productions without a computer. The smoked polycarbonate cover fits over the unit to protect the pads, screen and controls when it is not in use.
Presentation
The 16 RGB MPCe pads feature 3D detection and multiple zones per pad to enhance playability and performance. Pro features such as stem separation, Super Timestretch and CV tools provide advanced processing options directly within the unit. The interface also features Q-Link encoders, a touch strip and a 7-inch multi-touch screen to maintain direct control over production.
The Decksaver cover for the MPC Live III simply slots onto the unit when it is not in use. Its smoked polycarbonate shell is moulded to fit the contours of the chassis and protect sensitive areas such as the screen and pads. The connections remain accessible, so there’s no need to reconnect everything between sessions. With its dimensions, the unit is designed for use in both fixed studio set-ups and mobile configurations!

To find out more...
The MPC Live II introduced a degree of autonomy with its built-in speakers and battery, but the MPC Live III takes this concept much further thanks to a processor four times more powerful, MPCe pads with unprecedented articulation, and a physical sequencer that changes the way you compose. The difference between the two models is immediately apparent: the workflow is clearer, the possibilities more extensive and the portability even more impressive.
If you want to get the most out of your MPC Live III, certain accessories will quickly prove indispensable. A reinforced carrying case protects your unit whilst on the move, high-quality cables ensure a lossless signal to your speakers or mixing desk, and, of course, accurate monitoring headphones will perfectly complement the built-in speakers for fine-tuning the details of your mix.
You might also consider adding fast SD cards or an SSD to expand your storage space and carry even more projects and sound libraries with you. This ensures your workflow remains seamless, wherever you are, and allows you to take full advantage of the ecosystem that Akai has painstakingly built around its MPC series.
