With its internal DSP, precise spatial sound management and advanced calibration tools, it's a nerve centre for studios juggling multichannel without compromising on fidelity. Compatible with macOS and Windows, this interface combines Apogee's legendary converters, generous preamps and a flexible architecture designed for Dolby Atmos environments up to 9.1.6.

With Symphony Studio 8x16, Apogee puts you in control of a system that's as rigorous as it is flexible. It lets you orchestrate complex set-ups like 9.1.6 without needing an army of patchbays or a wizard's hat. Each loudspeaker can be adjusted to the dB thanks to room equalisation, bass management and diffusion delay, all integrated directly into the DSP.
Apogee has slipped a DSP engine into the Symphony Studio 8x16 that doesn't just look the part. The internal Channel Strip lets you shape the sound right from the input, with EQ, compression and saturation, all with no perceptible delay. Plug in, sculpt, record. Gone are the days when you had to juggle 3 plugins, a DAW restart and an incantation to get a clean signal. Here, everything is at your fingertips - and as a bonus, your processor can breathe.
