Rme - Babyface Pro FS
The RME Babyface Pro FS is a compact, high-end USB audio interface ideal for studio, live and mobile setups. With 12 inputs/outputs, ultra-precise sound up to 192kHz, two crystal-clear mic preamps and full ADAT/MIDI connectivity, it offers professional reliability in all situations.
Presentation
This fourth generation features 12 input/output channels, with two digitally controlled transparent mic preamps, a pair of Hi-Z instrument inputs for guitar or synth, and ADAT connectivity for expanding your setup. It also features headphone outputs suitable for both high- and low-impedance headphones, via two jack formats (6.35 mm and mini-jack). Babyface Pro FS also features MIDI input/output and can operate on USB or mains power, making it perfect for both stage and mobile configurations.
The 24-bit / 192 kHz audio processing guarantees exceptionally faithful reproduction, and the SteadyClock FS system significantly improves conversion stability, with a drastic reduction in jitter. The interface also comes with TotalMix FX software, offering ultra-flexible routing and integrated DSP effects (EQ, reverb, compression), even without a DAW.
Whether you're recording vocals or guitar, mixing a live performance or calibrating a room, Babyface Pro FS is a high-precision mobile audio powerhouse, compatible with Mac, PC and even iOS via an adapter. Designed to last and evolve, it adapts to all situations, from home studios to broadcast sessions.
