The Antelope Audio Orion Studio Synergy Core sound card provides a solid foundation in the studio for precise recording. Its 12 preamps offer 75 dB of gain with low background noise to preserve subtle nuances.

The Synergy Core platform utilises 6 DSPs and 2 FPGAs to process over 50 effects inspired by classic studio equipment. This power enables real-time monitoring with very low latency, making it an audio interface with real-time effects

Routing becomes flexible with the simultaneous use of digital ports and the customisation of audio paths via drag-and-drop. The continuously voltage-controlled inputs and outputs interact with CV-compatible synthesisers, whilst two analogue inserts facilitate external processing. The package thus forms a control centre for a hybrid studio that is open to various hardware configurations.

Workflow continuity is enhanced by Dual Host Streaming, which routes audio via USB and Thunderbolt simultaneously. If one connection fails, the other can take over, and two computers can also use the interface. This architecture is ideal for productions where every take counts, with a redundant connection for audio recording. It also facilitates collaboration, streaming and the sharing of audio streams between multiple computer systems.

The Antelope Audio Edge 360 measurement microphone provides accurate measurements thanks to calibration linked to each unit’s serial number. Its linear response prevents any emphasis on specific frequencies. The individual calibration file provided can be imported into Antelope Room Correction to compensate for any deviations in the microphone’s frequency response. The interface thus supports multi-format monitoring with over 23 formats, ranging from stereo to Dolby Atmos 9.1.6.
