Audio-Technica AT8419, clip or lavalier clip for attaching your tie clip microphone to your clothing.
It's an understatement to say that tie microphones can be difficult to place correctly. With this dilemma in mind, Audio-Technica has designed the AT8419. The clip includes a metal jaw clip for securely attaching to clothing and a rotating plastic clip for holding tie mics around 10mm in diameter (such as the Audio-Technica AT803 or PRO 70). It is also compatible with the Audio-Technica M1 housing.
