Take control with EUCON
Artist Transport offers precise control of your integrated and compatible creative applications EUCON favorites such as Pro Tools 9, Media Composer, Logic, Nuendo, Cubase, Final Cut, Digital Performer and more. EUCON transmits high resolution information between Artist Transport surface and the active application on your computer for orders faders, buttons, displays, and more. You can quickly switch between applications or even between different workstations at the touch of a button. The controls and displays are automatically updated to match the selected application.

High precision control
Navigation to the precise assembly, optical encoder data wheel ballasted up a multitude of features at your fingertips thanks to the responsiveness and feel of a high-end wheel console data. Navigate your timeline, mount clips and manipulate parameters accurately. Use the Soft Keys to assign different functions on the fly with the data wheel. You can perform all of the basic scrolling horizontal or vertical zoom, via editing the beginning and end of clips, the clip gain setting, crossfades clips and more.

Accelerated navigation and more
Intuitively control playback on your timeline using the shuttle ring optical encoder with spring. The rubber surface provides excellent tactile control and, as for the data wheel, you can switch the functionality of the shuttle ring on the fly using the Soft Keys for quick custom control.

Trigger custom actions
Instantly execute application functions, keyboard shortcuts and macro commands using the Soft Keys six. Take a series of repetitive keyboard shortcuts that you use for editing and assign it a unique Soft Key. Assign different functions on the fly with the data wheel and shuttle ring. Navigate intuitively within your application menus and more without ever having to remove your hands from the control surface. And when you use the Shift key with one of the six Soft Keys (as well as the transport keys and numeric keys), you gain 29 new Soft Keys that you can program to get quick access to frequently used functions .

Artist Transport offers intelligent recognition of the active application. Each application is characterized by its own set of parameters which is automatically loaded on the appropriate Soft Keys when you change application. Artist Transport comes with preprogrammed Soft Keys for most popular audio and video applications, but you can easily create your own Soft Keys to suit your needs.

Intuitive playback control
Seven ergonomic buttons around the data wheel allow you to perform read operations, rewind, fast forward and set markers. You can view the status of each key on the multi-colored LEDs and easily program the each feature using the Soft Key Editor. These controls automatically switch to match the active application and if you use them with the Shift key, you get additional Soft Keys to program custom navigation and editing functions.

Quick Data Entry
The embedded numeric keypad lets you instantly reach timecode values ​​or markers, and change settings by entering numbers. As the transport controls, you can have the 16 numeric keys as programmable Soft Keys if you use them with the Shift key. Press the Show button on the keypad to display the function of any Soft Key.

Customize your control surface
The Artist Series control surfaces are modular, you can combine them in different configurations to suit your workflow. Customize your Artist Series system by combining surfaces, with up to one Artist Control, four Artist Mixes, one Artist Transport and Artist Color for total flexibility. Simply hang the units together to form a surface of a single block or use them separately, each with its own Ethernet connection.
