The B&C Speakers 10CLX64 8 Ohm Coaxial is a 10-inch (25 cm) coaxial loudspeaker designed for high-quality professional use. It combines a 500 W AES full-range woofer and a 140 W AES tweeter in a coaxial configuration for a frequency response of 70 Hz to 18 kHz.
The woofer features a 2.5-inch (64 mm) copper voice coil for good power handling and dynamic response. This model uses a neodymium magnet for improved efficiency while minimizing weight, with a treated suspension and a waterproof cone for better resistance and improved response in environments exposed to humidity.
The B&C Speakers 10CLX64 8 Ohm Coaxial tweeter features a 2-inch (51 mm) aluminum voice coil, which helps maintain low distortion and high efficiency throughout the high frequency range.
With a HT polymer diaphragm, this tweeter ensures accurate and faithful reproduction of high frequencies, from 70 Hz to 18 kHz. Its high sensitivity level of 105 dB guarantees a powerful and clear sound performance, even in demanding configurations.
This model is also designed for a nominal coverage of 70°, allowing for homogeneous sound diffusion, and offers a linear frequency response, ideal for live sound reinforcement applications or in professional installations.
