The Eminence The Karnivore 16 Ohm is a 12-inch guitar loudspeaker designed to deliver firm bass and incisive midrange in a saturated environment. It is ideal for metal and modern rock configurations requiring presence and definition.

ARTICLE N° 119549
Designed for guitarists who play in modern saturated registers, the Eminence The Karnivore 16 Ohm focuses on legibility and impact.

Developed with metal producer Kristian Kohle, this model has a sound signature geared towards powerful rhythms and leads that need to remain audible in busy mixes.

The low register stands out for its stability and precision, which is particularly appreciated with low tunings or extended guitars.

In the midrange, the Karnivore retains a vocal presence that helps the guitar to position itself clearly in the spectrum without becoming intrusive. The top end remains open and defined, making it easier to perceive attacks without excessive harshness.

With a power handling of 60 watts and a sensitivity of 98 dB, this loudspeaker offers solid performance for use in both 1x12 baffles and multi-speaker configurations.

Its frequency response of 70 Hz to 5.2 kHz effectively covers the useful range of electric guitar, while the 1.75-inch voice coil contributes to stable dynamic behaviour.

Manufactured in the USA by Eminence, the Karnivore 16 Ohm fits naturally into modern rock and metal-oriented cabinets, both in the studio and on stage.
