The B&C Speakers 12PS100 8 Ohm Push Buttons is a 12-inch bass driver that takes a classic yet controlled approach, featuring a carefully optimized ferrite driver and robust construction.
It is particularly suited to compact bass-reflex speakers, whether in mobile PA systems, fixed installations, or stage monitors that require stability, control, and a good output level.
Featuring a 100 mm diameter copper voice coil wound on a fiberglass support, the 12PS100 can handle up to 700 W continuous power (1400 W in program mode). Its mechanical structure is based on a double silicone suspension, designed to maintain smooth cone movement even at high excursion.
Thanks to well-designed ventilation and an 11 mm air gap, heat dissipation remains efficient and prevents loss of efficiency during extended use.
This speaker offers an extended response from 45 Hz to 1 kHz, with a sensitivity of 93 dB, making it compatible with a wide range of amplifiers while maintaining good sound pressure headroom.
The cone, waterproof on both sides, resists humidity and prolonged exposure, making it a serious candidate for outdoor applications.
