The CS-805A Silver from Cayin is aimed at audio enthusiasts who want to combine the magic of tubes with generous power.
Operating in pure Class A, this stereo amplifier develops 2 x 50 watts thanks to a carefully orchestrated three-stage architecture: the 6SN7 tubes provide the first amplification, the 300Bs take care of the driver stage, and the imposing 805As handle the power output with authority.
This combination results in a highly coherent musical reproduction: natural timbre, enveloping midrange and well-controlled bass, all over a bandwidth extended from 20 Hz to 35 kHz.
The bias adjustment, directly accessible from the unit, simplifies maintenance and tube replacement, extending the life of the unit. Three RCA inputs can be used for CD players, streamers or preamplified turntables.
The Pre-In input can be used as a power amplifier in an existing hi-fi or home cinema system. On the front, a 6.35 mm headphone output is ideal for intimate listening, while compatible 4 and 8 ohm speaker terminals ensure a successful combination with a wide range of loudspeakers.
