A true masterpiece of audiophile craftsmanship, the Cayin Jazz 90 KT88 Silver embodies the very essence of tube amplification. Hand-built, it features four KT88 tubes supported by 12AX7 and 6SN7 tubes, ensuring generous dynamics and tones of rare naturalness.
Its switchable architecture offers two sound profiles: Triode mode, rich in warmth and texture, delivers 2 x 28 W of enveloping smoothness, whilst Ultra-linear mode unleashes up to 2 x 50 W to drive most bookshelf or floorstanding speakers with ease.
In terms of connectivity, the amplifier is well-equipped: two RCA inputs, a dedicated MM phono input for turntables, a headphone output and two subwoofer outputs allow for a bespoke setup. The built-in Bluetooth 5.1, compatible with aptX HD, LDAC and aptX Low Latency, enables high-quality wireless streaming, supported by a carefully calibrated ES9018K2M DAC.
Protected by a robust metal chassis, the unit proudly displays its dual needle VU meter, switchable to a wattmeter or bias meter to monitor and fine-tune the tubes with precision.
