Presentation
Eko is calling out to the country music faithful with the One ST Resonator! Make way for this modern-style resonator guitar, designed for artists looking for a versatile and highly affordable instrument.
With its spruce top, laminated sapele mahogany back and sides and South American Roupanà fingerboard, the Resonator offers a rich, vibrant sound ideal for a variety of musical genres, including country, blues, bluegrass and traditional American music.
The unique sound of this resonator guitar is characterised by its pronounced mids, strong attack and extended resonance. This sound is produced by the resonator cone, a metal element placed inside the body of the guitar. The cone vibrates in response to the vibrations of the strings, producing a powerful, piercing sound.
The guitar is made from high-quality materials selected for their acoustics and durability. Spruce is renowned for its transparent, brilliant sound, while the laminated sapelli mahogany of the back and ribs will give you optimum projection and resonance. You'll soon realise just how comfortable the neck, also made from mahogany, is, and how fluid the fingerboard is to play.
The Resonator is fitted with an Eko mini-humbucker, offering a variety of tones. The humbucker can be used to produce a warm, fat sound, ideal for arpeggios and solos, or for a more biting sound that's perfect for blues or rock.
