A 2-way passive loudspeaker, the EV EKX-15 features a 15" driver and a 1" titanium tweeter. The EKX series is the latest member of the Electro-Voice family of portable speakers, combining the legendary quality and reliability of EV sound with the latest technology.
EV's award-winning industrial design, with robust wooden cabinets and a durable EVCoat finish, ensures that EKX speakers sound as good as they look.
Passive models, with lightweight and compact wooden enclosures, durable EVCoat finish, 8 mounting points and a 35mm flange, are perfect for both portable and fixed installation applications.
EV's patented SST (Signal Synchronized Transducers) waveguide design provides accurate and consistent coverage.
Their 90˚ x 60˚ dispersion ensures the best coverage on medium-sized stages.
The 40˚ cut-off pan on the rear of the speakers allows them to be used as return monitors on stage.
