Designed to reinforce the bass on Electro-Voice Tour X sound systems, the TX1181 subwoofer offers a high level of output.
It features a long-excursion 18" EVS-18S bass driver, coupled with a robust cabinet with two low-distortion ports to increase the low-frequency impact of any full-range speaker.

In addition, a built-in low-pass filter allows the TX1181 to be used in parallel with an Electro-Voice TX1122 or TX1152 loudspeaker on a single amplifier channel, eliminating the need for an additional amplifier and processor.
A tube socket is integrated into the top of the cabinet, allowing a TX1122 or TX1152 to be attached. The recessed input panel has two NL4 sockets, with the connectors concealed, allowing the cabinet to be placed against a wall.
