The Electro-Voice ZX1-90 is a standard reference for uncompromising performance and versatility, in a compact format.
The ZX1-90 unamplified speaker's 8-inch (20cm) long-excursion woofer with tropicalised cone delivers linear, reliable low-frequency reproduction.
A specially developed crossover is used in conjunction with a 1" DH2005 titanium compression driver (with a 1.25" diaphragm) to deliver a high output level and extended frequency response.
The rotating horn offers a coverage angle of 90° x 50° depending on whether the speaker is tilted vertically or horizontally, for maximum versatility.
The high-strength injected polypropylene body makes the ZX1-90 extremely robust and rigid, with excellent acoustic performance.
The EV ZX1-90 is water-resistant. It incorporates a stand base, a handle and a cutaway for use as a stage monitor.
