The EMG 57 Black pickup transforms your bridge with a refined active approach. Inspired by the humbuckers of the 70s, it produces a warm, direct and precise grain. The Alnico V magnet is combined with steel parts to reproduce harmonics without burrs.
Designed for guitars with a 49 mm fixed bridge, it is suitable for Tune-O-Matic formats. The pickup connects without soldering, thanks to an included cabling system. No specialist tools are required. The components supplied ensure fast, clean and reliable installation.
Its short (10 mm) format for potentiometers makes it compatible with the majority of Strat and derivatives. It is powered by a 9V battery, with power bus and connectors supplied. You can combine it with another active microphone of the same type.
This model weighs just 115 g, and is a compact 69.85 mm long. A great option for modernising a classic tone without losing any of its character.
