With the 66 TW Axe long Black Chrome, EMG offers a hybrid pickup for creative headsets. You can switch from a dense humbucker to a simple crystal pickup in a single movement. The integrated push-pull activates the desired mode without modifying the guitar.
Output voltage varies according to the mode used. In single mode, the pickup delivers 2 V on a held string. In double mode, it delivers up to 3 V for a muscular attack.
Its long shaft format makes it easy to mount on solid body guitars. The 10 kΩ output impedance ensures a clean, defined signal. Wiring is simple, thanks to the plug-and-play connectors included.
The case comes in a chic, discreet and assertive colour. This model is suitable for guitars fitted with Floyd-type tremolo bridges. It's an expressive tool for broadening the sound field right out of the box.
