The 66 TW Black is a hybrid active microphone giving access to two sound signatures. The dual coils deliver a dense, lively and nuanced output. The single coil responds with precise, expressive clarity.
Its hybrid Alnico/ceramic magnet balances each mode with subtlety. Output voltages can be adjusted according to the intensity of the playing. Up to 4.5 V in scratch mode, and all without any parasitic noise.
This pickup is installed in the neck position with 49 mm spacing, and the short shaft is ideal for slim or Strat-type bodies. The DPDT push-pull switch is already integrated into the 25K potentiometer.
Wiring is simple thanks to the solderless system. Everything is included: cables, jack, screws and clear instructions. The Buss powers the microphone via a 9V battery, with 1500 hours of autonomy.
