The EMG Bajo Bandera is a pickup that gives a new voice to steel and Bajo acoustic guitars. Its active electronics act like an acoustic magnifying glass: every detail of your playing becomes sharper, even when the volume is turned up on stage.
The integrated preamp works in the background, a bit like a miniature sound engineer. It widens the bandwidth and keeps the signal clean, without any parasitic hiss. The adjustable poles act as mechanical equalisers, allowing you to adjust the balance of the strings according to your draw or attack.
Installation is designed to avoid headaches. With the EMG solderless system, plugging in is like putting on a pedal - quick and easy. All accessories are supplied, from the endpin jack to the battery pouch.
Small and light, the Bajo Bandera disappears visually and is present with every note. Two CR2032 batteries ensure long battery life, practical for extended gigs as well as multi-day recordings.
