Epiphone - Casino Natural
Epiphone Casino Natural The Epiphone Casino Natural carries on the spirit of this fully hollow-body guitar made famous by Lennon and Harrison. Its five-ply maple-poplar-maple construction promotes an open, lively resonance, whilst the Dogear P-90 PRO pickups highlight every nuance with their organic, textured tone. The Trapeze tailpiece completes this iconic semi-hollow body guitar, equally at home playing rock or blues.
Presentation
The top and back, crafted from the same maple-poplar-maple laminate, are edged with a single-ply binding that protects the edges over time. The glued-in mahogany neck with a Rounded C profile joins the body at the sixteenth fret and houses an adjustable truss rod beneath a two-ply Crescent Bullet cover stamped with the E logo. The rosewood fingerboard, with a 12-inch radius, featuring 22 Medium Jumbo frets and parallelogram mother-of-pearl inlays, extends to the 43 mm Graph Tech nut, over a 24.75-inch scale length which reduces string tension.
The LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Trapeze tailpiece anchor the .010 to .046 strings, supported by two strap buttons that hold the strap in place without any play. The Epiphone Vintage Deluxe tuning machines, with metal knobs featuring rings, sit atop a slanted Dovewing headstock finished in nickel hardware. Two volume and two tone controls, finished with Gold Top Hat knobs featuring silver inserts, balance the blend of the two P-90s to a 6.35 mm output jack, and the Premium Gig Bag accompanies this semi-hollow body guitar, played since 1961 by guitarists such as Keith Richards and Noel Gallagher.
