Presentation
Designed to bring the essence and prestige of the original model to a wider audience, this guitar combines elegance, performance and an undeniable touch of class, all wrapped up in an instantly eye-catching Alpine White finish.
The Les Paul Custom was first launched in the 1950s by Gibson as a 'top of the range' version of the already popular Les Paul Standard.
It was intended to be a 'tuxedo' guitar at heart, with its elegant, refined look. The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Alpine White continues this tradition with its crisp alpine white finish, complemented by gold hardware and pearloid inlays on the fingerboard, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication.
The body of the guitar is made of mahogany, as are the top and neck, a classic combination that offers rich resonance, deep sustain and beautiful tonal warmth. Not only is this construction true to the spirit of the original Les Pauls, it also contributes to the guitar's tonal versatility, making it capable of navigating a variety of musical genres, from jazz and rock to blues and metal.
The mahogany neck with 'C' profile ensures exceptional playing comfort, suitable for a variety of playing styles. The ebony fingerboard, rare on guitars in this price range, provides a smooth, fast playing surface, ideal for fast solos and powerful riffs. The perloid block inlays on the fingerboard not only add to the guitar's elegant aesthetic, but also make it easy to navigate along the neck.
The Epiphone Les Paul Custom Alpine White is equipped with two Epiphone ProBucker humbuckers, designed to replicate the warmth and complexity of Gibson's famous PAF pickups of the 1950s. These pickups offer a rich and expressive tonal range, with crystal clear tones, warm crunch and saturated distortion, while retaining great definition and impressive dynamics.
The guitar also features a Tune-o-Matic bridge system with a StopBar tailpiece, guaranteeing excellent tuning stability and precise adjustment of action and intonation. Grover tuning machines ensure flawless reliability, allowing musicians to concentrate on their playing without worrying about mismatches.
In short, the Epiphone Les Paul Custom Alpine White is much more than just an affordable replica of a Gibson classic. It's a guitar with its own identity, offering a seductive combination of style, sound and playability.
Whether you're a professional looking for a reliable live instrument or a hobbyist wanting to own an iconic piece of electric guitar history, this Epiphone will meet your expectations and more.
