Epiphone - Les Paul Standard 50s Vintage Sunburst

Epiphone's long friendship with Mr Les Paul began in 1940 when Les built one of the world's first solid body electric guitars while working nights at the original Epiphone factory in Manhattan. Les' first solid body guitar, nicknamed 'the log', would go on to inspire the Les Paul Standard, what many consider to be the greatest electric guitar ever made. The guitar is designed with a mahogany body, maple top (AAA), mahogany neck with 50's profile and long tenon, Indian Laurel fingerboard with classic trapezoid inlay, Epiphone's new Vintage-Deluxe tuners, a pair of Humbuckers ProBucker pickups and gold Top Hat buttons with dial pointers. Available in shiny gold metallic, Vintage Sunburst and Heritage Cherry Sunburst finishes. This Gibson Original-inspired Epiphone model also features the Kalamazoo headstock, a rolled neck for a more comfortable feel, GraphTech NuBone saddle, period-appropriate wiring and CTS potentiometers.
