Presentation
The Fender American Professional Jazz Bass RW Oxblood is designed to meet the demands of today’s bassists, drawing on over sixty years of Jazz Bass® evolution.
Its alder body is paired with a maple neck featuring a Slim “C” profile. The rounded fretboard edges and the “Super-Natural” satin finish on the back of the neck. The redesigned heel makes it easier to grip the instrument and access the higher registers.
Its 9.5-inch rosewood fingerboard features 20 Narrow Tall frets and a 38.1 mm bone nut. The two V-Mod III Single-Coil Jazz Bass® pickups deliver the model’s signature sound with articulate response, whilst retaining the punch and clarity associated with the Jazz Bass®.
The ClassicGear™ Precision™ controls offer smooth volume and tone adjustment. The HiMass™ Pro bridge allows for either through-body or top-load stringing, depending on the musician’s preference. Fender® Lightweight Vintage-Style tuners with tapered axles complete the package.
Supplied with a Deluxe Moulded Case, this bass is ready to accompany musicians on their travels and at their gigs.
