The Flight Fireball EQ-A Baritone breaks with tradition to offer a deeply intimate musical experience. From the very first vibrations, this large-format instrument envelops the space in a mellow, rounded tone, carried by a linear DGBE tuning that evokes the velvety texture of an acoustic guitar. Entirely carved from a single piece of carefully selected solid mango wood, this instrument surprises as much with its hypnotic natural grain as with its uniquely mellow tone, rich in harmonics and boasting remarkable sustain.

Every design detail has been crafted to bridge the gap between the musician and their creation. The major innovation lies in its side soundhole: a precisely carved opening on the upper side panel that directs part of the sound directly towards your ears. You thus find yourself at the very heart of the resonance, ideal for shaping your improvisations.

To prolong the pleasure of playing without the slightest discomfort, the contours feature a stained maple armrest (comfort edge) that softens contact with the forearm, whilst the bevelled cutaway provides access to the highest notes on the rosewood fingerboard. The African mahogany neck conceals a truss rod, essential for ensuring stable and comfortable action throughout the seasons. On stage, the Double C1U active preamp, discreetly tucked away beneath the main soundhole, reproduces this organic richness with transparency. This exceptional instrument comes with a dedicated humidifier and its Deluxe burgundy case, featuring generous padding and a velvety interior.
