Presentation
On a soprano or concert ukulele, the choice of strings has a direct impact on the playing feel and the way each chord sounds. The Flight FUSSC100 strings utilise a transparent fluorocarbon made in Japan to deliver precise response and a clean, clear, crystalline tone. Their material is particularly well-suited to capturing the subtle nuances of playing and maintains excellent definition when notes are played in succession.
Their transparency is unobtrusive on the instrument, whilst their touch and luminous tone make you want to pick up the ukulele again for a few chords, a melody or an impromptu jam session. This set is suitable for both soprano and concert ukuleles, allowing you to experience these sonic characteristics on two very common sizes. Flight describes their tone as clear and bell-like, with a crisp sound that naturally brings out the notes.
