Sometimes all it takes is a landscape to make you want to play. On the Flight TUS30 Slovenia, the River Soča finds its way straight onto the soundboard, transforming this little ukulele into a true tribute to Slovenia.

Its turquoise waters, valleys and untamed beauty have inspired this design, created to celebrate the country’s 30th anniversary in 2020.

Even if you have no particular connection to Slovenia, it’s hard not to be moved by this atmosphere: the TUS30 SLO has that little bit of extra soul that makes you want to take it with you for a musical break by the water’s edge, in a park or simply at home.

Its soprano size ensures a compact profile and a lively response, whilst the laminated limewood top provides a clear tonal foundation whilst allowing the pattern to be printed without compromising the instrument’s sound.

The ABS back and sides, combined with the neck and fingerboard made from the same material, are resistant to changes in humidity and make maintenance easy.

The arched back enhances projection, whilst the zero nut helps maintain low string action and good intonation.

The open-gear tuners make tuning easier, and the strap button improves stability. With its included gig bag, the TUS30 Slovenia retains the carefree spirit of a ukulele that’s a joy to take with you wherever you go.
