Have you ever played with an original FuzzFace? The ones from the 70s? They don't sound at all like today's mass-produced models. You want to be polite and calm? forget it. Fulltone's 70 BC has two silicon transistors intentionally mismatched to enrich the harmonics, which growl and spit out everything they can! If you set the Fuzz pot to 10, it will literally howl and you might hear all sorts of oscillations and weirdness. Its FUZZ is much more pronounced than the 69 and it has a Mid control for added clarity and edge.
