G&L offers you the L-2500 CLF Research Lake Placid Blue 5-string electric bass for those who want to stand out with reliable performance and an instrument that combines innovation and vintage. The B string of this model will allow you to explore lower notes, which is very useful in musical styles such as metal, jazz or Latin music.
Equipped with a solid alder body, a bolt-on maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard, this model brings more balance and comfort to users of all levels. You will also find 21 nickel frets which allow better fluidity even during long playing sessions.
For warm and dynamic sounds, Leo Fender has included two G&L Magnetic Field humbucker pickups. The Lake Placid Blue finish helps you stand out in style, and to top it all off, a chrome control plate houses the Tri-Tone preamp with 3-way pickup selector and mini toggle switches.
To maintain tuning stability, you'll get a G&L Saddle-Lock bridge with chrome-plated brass saddles and G&L Custom "Ultra-Lite" tuners with tapered aluminum string rods. The brand also throws in a Deluxe gig bag to protect your new gem when traveling.
