Ready for any scenario:
- Mobile recording interface
- Podcast / Streaming interface
- Broadcast interface
- Stand-alone mixer
Mono, stereo or multichannel?
iRig Pro Quattro does all three, at the touch of a button.
Stereo and Mono modes pre-mix up to 4 audio sources (RCA / 3.5 mm stereo line inputs (+ Loopback), XLR combo inputs and MEMS microphone) to make a stereo or mono track, which can be sent to the streaming applications of your choice, a DSLR or an audio system.
When switched to multichannel mode, the XLR mic/instrument Hi-Z and mic/line combo sockets or the RCA / 3.5 mm stereo line inputs are routed to channels 1 to 4 respectively, providing 4 channels of audio to send to recording applications such as GarageBand or any DAW.
Multichannel mode offers another advantage. Loopback+ is a powerful new feature that allows you to route either or both of channels 3 and 4 to audio applications such as MixBox, AmpliTube or VocaLive for processing, then route their outputs via the Loopback function and into channels 1+2 to your streaming application.
You can now use these apps on your iOS or Android device as a front-end processor for all streaming apps. It's like using them as a plug-in for more creative and professional streams.
