In the solid-body ST category, the Jet Guitars JS 480 Daytona Blue Limited electric guitar combines a stable construction with a meticulous finish. Its kiln-dried poplar body has undergone a heat treatment that helps to stabilise the wood, whilst the gloss finish showcases the Daytona Blue colour.

The bolt-on neck, crafted from kiln-dried Canadian maple, continues this theme with a gloss finish and a comfortable Modern C profile. The double-action truss rod allows for precise adjustment of the neck’s curvature in both directions. The rosewood fingerboard features 22 Medium Jumbo frets, providing a grip well-suited to bends and playing in the higher registers.

The 25.5-inch (647.70 mm) scale length maintains the string tension typical of ST models, whilst the 9.5-inch (241.30 mm) radius suits both chords and bends. The 1.65-inch (41.91 mm) nut – made of bone or polymer fibre since 2025 – ensures consistent string alignment. The locking tuners ensure the strings stay securely in place, whilst the tremolo bridge allows for full use of the vibrato whilst maintaining good tuning stability.

The three custom Alnico V pickups feature an HSS configuration that broadens the tonal range, from the articulate texture of the blues to the heavier attack of hard rock. The 5-position selector switch, combined with the volume and tone controls, allows you to quickly fine-tune the sound to suit your playing style. Produced in China in a limited run of just 30 units for W4M, this electric ST from the 480 Series is equally at home in rehearsals and on stage.
